Richard A. Wright is a health law business attorney whose practice is devoted to the representation of physicians and health care facilities. He regularly advises health care professionals with partnership, employment, reimbursement, billing, and anti-kickback/anti-referral issues.  A significant part of his practice involves transactional matters such as medical practice formations, sales, mergers and ownership/partnership issues.  He also works with ambulatory care facilities advising them in connection with licensure, physician recruitment/investment and ownership issues.

Richard also regularly handles employment contracts, professional disciplinary, and tax matters for physicians and other health care professionals. In addition, he has extensive experience with managed care/health insurance issues from both the health plan and provider perspectives. Richard has also lectured extensively to physician groups on malpractice avoidance/asset protection strategies, ambulatory facility ownership, physician employment matters, and the privacy of health information.
